EU & Greek Customers:

  • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order without giving a reason.
  • You must notify us in writing (email or letter) and return the goods within 14 days of your notice.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.
  • We will refund the product price including the cheapest standard delivery option within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Non-EU Customers:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the same item condition requirements.
  • Return shipping costs, customs duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Exclusions:

  • Customized, personalized, or sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) cannot be returned unless faulty.
